oh god let's hope not

the most terrifying article yet about the nuclear reactors

also, it occurred to me last night....... the blackouts do feel like a very tangible, practical response to a loss in power in the country, but to what extent are they serving the purpose of diverting local attention away from the reactors and avoiding mass panic?
